All we ask is you promise to show up, open the box, attend the event or participate in the coaching. If you simply commit to doing that, YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. 1. PRODUCTS AND GOODS

A. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

You have 14-days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If received on or before the 14th day, you will receive a full refund. If the request is received on or after the 15th day of purchase, no refund will be issued.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCT TRIAL

Digital trials last 7 days. You will be charged a non-refundable processing fee the day you sign up for the trial. If you decide to continue with the product, do nothing and you will automatically be charged the full fee or three equal monthly installments for programs to Paypal and the credit card you’ll use through our third-party payment systems including You must cancel on or before the 7th day if you do not wish to continue and to avoid being charged the monthly installments. You have 14-days from the date you initiated the trial to request a refund for your first installment. If a refund request is received, you will be given a full refund on the first installment. If the request is received on or after the 15th day after signing up for the trial, no refund will be issued. The processing fee for the trial is non-refundable and will not be returned, regardless of when you cancel.

A. CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS

For our international customers, shipping charges do not include any potential tariffs, duties, customs, or other fees or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any additional fees that may be levied by the country where the digital product is being downloaded and imported.

B. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you returned a digital product please allow up to two weeks for your charge to be refunded.

If after two weeks you do not see your refund appear, please first call your bank or credit card to confirm whether it is pending.
 

If the bank or credit card does not see your refund pending and you still have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at contact@theleadicon.com
 

C. EXCHANGES

We do our best to ensure you receive undamaged products. If, however, you have received an item that is defective or was damaged during download or prior to arrival, we will promptly exchange it upon notification for an identical product. If this occurs, please send us an email at contact@theleadicon.com, and instructions will be provided for returning the defective or damaged merchandise.

3. EVENTS AND SERVICES

A. EVENTS

Events include ‘Program’, ‘Workshop’, ‘Online Session’, ‘Conference’. Please refer to the specific event’s webpage you are enrolled in for cancellation and refund information. If you are unsure how to access that, please contact us at: contact@theleadicon.com.

B. COACHING

Please refer to your coaching agreement for cancellation and refund information.

4. MORE ON REFUNDS

Each of the Products sold by THE LEAD ICON on this Site have their own refund policy noted on the sales page and/or check-out page. If you have questions about a specific policy, please email us at contact@theleadicon.com before your purchase.

If you receive a refund for a Digital Product, you will have no further right to use that Digital Product. We will have the sole discretion to determine whether you satisfy the eligibility criteria for a refund. For the avoidance of doubt, unless you are eligible to receive a refund, as provided herein, your obligation to continue to make monthly or payments installments with respect to a purchase shall remain in effect, notwithstanding the cancellation or termination of the applicable license for such Product.
